Small installations and maintenance work are charged in 30-minute blocks. One-way travelling time is charged at the standard labour rate and will be confirmed when booking. Larger installations are subject to a free quotation.

Renewable Heating and Cooling

The installation price is subject to a site survey, system sizing, pipework length, electrical requirements and access.
Qualifying installations of permanently fixed air-source heat pumps in residential accommodation are currently zero-rated for VAT until 31 March 2027. Eligibility depends on the property and installation. Non-qualifying work will be charged at the applicable VAT rate.
Breakdown Repairs
Domestic gas and LPG appliance breakdowns are charged at £96.00 per hour including VAT (£80.00 + VAT), plus replacement parts and consumable materials. One-way travelling time is chargeable.
Service Conditions
Service prices assume the appliance is operational when we attend. Replacement parts, seals, gaskets, electrodes, nozzles and other consumable materials are charged separately where required.
Servicing is completed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, and a service report will be issued.
If an unsafe gas situation is identified, it will be dealt with in accordance with the current Gas Industry Unsafe Situations Procedure. Any remedial work or replacement parts will be charged separately.
Minimum Charge & Out of Hours Call-Outs
Firstly we do not have call out charges, however, our hourly rate for all jobs of £80.00 + VAT.
Where you have an emergency or if you have an issue you feel cannot wait, if you ask for a call out after 6pm Monday – Friday you will be charged at time & a half.
All works requests over Saturday & Sunday will be charged at Double time.
